About Me

I fell in love with Yorkies in 2003 after a friend told me how wonderful his yorkie was.  He named his Yorkies after cities that started with “B”; i.e. Boise, Boston, Berkley, etc.  I decided I would get my beautiful son a yorkie at the age of 8, and I picked him up from school explaining I had an out-of-town meeting I needed to attend, and I wasn’t sure if I would be back in time to pick him  up from After School Care.  To make a long story short, that is where our story began.  He hand-picked his puppy because “she came right to me”.  So, we went home with this beautiful little Yorkie, Charlotte, which is where I was raised.  Since then, we have had Austin (where my son was born), Dallas, (where my niece lives), etc.  Now we have Sir Remington and Raleigh (where I went to College) which are the parents of my puppies now.

I began raising puppies when my son, who recently married to a wonderful young lady and started a new chapter in his life, left the nest, and I was home by myself!  What better way to start a new chapter in my book than to raise puppies in a home where they would be loved and taken care of IN MY HOME.  I cry every time one of the litter puppies leaves to go to his/her new home. Even knowing they are going to a wonderful, caring home, I miss them so much!  My friends ask me how I can do this, and my answer is “When someone stole my Penny, I had a very difficult time finding just the perfect puppy so I decided to breed them myself.”

If you are interested in one of my puppies, please send me an email telling me a little bit about yourself and why you want a Yorkie.  I love reading the stories of the puppies’ new parents.   I would LOVE for you to have one of my beautiful puppies but need to make sure it is a wonderful match for both you and your puppy.
